Husband Cohabitating

We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for an additional woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out exactly where he was living

Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any more. He stated he needed time apart and did not wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a significant quantity of dollars out of their joint bank account which he said he required to set himself up in a brand new place to live.

Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have an additional woman as a comparable factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could assist as we had helped her inside the past.

We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just after he had left our client.

We were able to supply our client with all the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been getting an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
